- We played all of Act 1 from a brand-new character to the epilogue with three callings, on desktop and phone, and fixed every place the story could stall.
- Levelling is smoother: you reach level 10 by Last Call through fighting and quests, without grinding and without being shoved up a level at a time.
- Your allegiance choice (Cutline, Countersign or Slow Burn) now comes in the epilogue at level 10, after Last Call. In Three Doors each crew makes its pitch; you decide at the end.
- Bosses last long enough to learn: the Anaesthetist, the Packleader, the Kennelmaster and the USHER have more health now that Act 1 gear is properly strong.
- The Anaesthetist's tricks are real: her fog slows you and stops your Slip, her strobe throws off your aim, and the chair's straps flip your controls for a moment.
- Champions show their own names (Mother of Hounds and friends) on their plates and the boss bar.
Fixes
- Sev's job and Mazzy's Three Doors briefing now appear without leaving and re-entering the Tap.
- The Sump Relay breach (B4) unlocks after Knock at the Door as intended.
- Talking at the Tap's bar talks to the person you're facing.
- The Map Table offers the right breach at the right time, and B2 can be replayed.
- Boss loot no longer lands inside walls.
- The upgrade arrow no longer flips between two items forever.
- On phones the boss bar no longer covers the USHER, and the event countdown is visible again.
- "An attack on Rook missed" no longer reads as your attack.
